Every public action you take on mcskincraft can award XP. XP accumulates over your account's lifetime and never decreases. As your total XP grows, your level goes up. Your current level appears next to your username on your profile.

XP needed scales quadratically. Each level takes a bit more than the last. The formula is 50 × level².

Can I lose XP?
No. XP only goes up. Even if a skin is deleted later, the XP it earned stays.
Why didn't I get XP for that?
XP is awarded once per unique action. You won't earn duplicate XP if the same person likes and unlikes your skin, or if you delete and re-post a comment.
Are there rewards for high levels?
Right now, levels are about recognition. Badges and other rewards tied to level milestones may be added later.
